Welcome to Power Leads. By purchasing, accessing, or using our lead generation services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. Nature of Services

Power Leads provides exclusive, non-shareable, OTP-verified and call-verified business leads to clients across various industries.

Our services include lead generation, prospect identification, contact verification and delivery of relevant customer enquiries.

2. Exclusive & Non-Shareable Leads

  • Every lead sold under our Exclusive Lead Service is allocated to only one purchasing client.
  • We do not intentionally sell, resell or distribute the same lead to multiple buyers.
  • Once delivered to a client, the lead is considered allocated and consumed.
  • Clients are strictly prohibited from reselling, redistributing, transferring or commercially sharing purchased leads with third parties without prior written permission.
  • Exclusivity applies to the lead supplied by Power Leads and does not guarantee that the prospect has never contacted another business independently or appeared in another company’s database.

3. OTP & Call Verification

Power Leads follows a verification process designed to improve lead authenticity and contactability.

  • Mobile numbers are verified through an OTP-based verification process.
  • Leads undergo telephonic verification to confirm relevant enquiry details and customer interest.
  • Verification confirms the information obtained during the verification process; it does not guarantee that the prospect will answer every future call, remain interested indefinitely or purchase a product or service.
  • Customer requirements and purchasing decisions may change after verification.

4. Lead Delivery & Acceptance

  • Leads will be delivered through the agreed communication channel, CRM, dashboard, email, spreadsheet or other mutually agreed method.
  • A lead is considered delivered once it has been successfully made accessible or transmitted to the client.
  • Clients are responsible for maintaining correct contact details and providing accurate delivery requirements.
  • Clients must review delivered leads promptly and report any genuine technical or verification-related issue within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Failure to report an issue within the specified period may be treated as acceptance of the delivered lead, subject to applicable consumer rights and law.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Use purchased leads only for lawful business and marketing purposes.
  • Contact prospects professionally and respectfully.
  • Follow applicable telemarketing, privacy, consent and data protection laws.
  • Maintain the confidentiality and security of customer information.
  • Not misuse, sell, share, publish or distribute lead data without authorization.
  • Avoid misleading statements, harassment, spam or unauthorized communication.

6. Payment Terms

  • All orders must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Lead generation and delivery activities may begin after payment confirmation.
  • Prices, lead quantities, industries and delivery schedules will be communicated before order confirmation.
  • Any additional services or custom requirements may attract additional charges.
  • Payment confirmation constitutes acceptance of the agreed order specifications and these Terms & Conditions.

7. No Guarantee of Sales or Conversions

Power Leads provides verified customer enquiries, not guaranteed sales, appointments, revenue or business conversions.

The final conversion depends on several factors, including pricing, product quality, sales strategy, customer preferences, follow-up speed and market conditions.

Accordingly, Power Leads does not guarantee that every lead will result in a sale or transaction.

8. Refund & Replacement Policy

All purchases are governed by our separately published Refund & Replacement Policy.

Due to the exclusive allocation and operational costs associated with lead generation, verification and delivery, completed services are generally non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law or expressly approved under our policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

Power Leads shall not be responsible for:

  • Failure of a prospect to purchase or convert.
  • Changes in customer requirements after verification.
  • Delayed follow-up or unsuccessful sales efforts by the client.
  • Incorrect handling or misuse of lead information by the client.
  • Losses arising from the client’s sales strategy, pricing or business operations.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

Power Leads handles personal information in accordance with applicable privacy and data protection laws.

Clients must use lead information only for the purposes for which it was collected and authorized, and must not misuse or unlawfully disclose personal information.

11. Right to Suspend Services

Power Leads reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if a client:

  • Misuses or unlawfully distributes lead information.
  • Violates these Terms & Conditions.
  • Engages in fraudulent or abusive activities.
  • Fails to make agreed payments.

12. Changes to Terms

Power Leads may update these Terms & Conditions when necessary. Updated terms will be published on our website and will apply prospectively, subject to applicable law and existing contractual obligations.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer protection laws and jurisdictional requirements, disputes shall be subject to the competent courts in New Delhi, India.
